Join us for a FREE informational session on the benefits of fitness during and after pregnancy, and how it can benefit both you and baby!
Hosted by Dr. Dana Robbins, the owner of BHF. She's a licensed physical therapist, a certified personal trainer, and she's 8 months pregnant!
We'll cover the basics of anatomy and physiology, the importance of prepping your body before pregnancy, why it's crucial to strengthen your core, hips, and glutes during pregnancy, when to skip the workout or get more help, what to ask your doctor, dealing with pain during pregnancy, and how to ease back into exercise after having a baby.
